I want to try OneCallWeb how much information do I have to give you?

You can explore our website and store your information free of charge. In order to keep your information secure, we ask you to create an account with a UserName, a Password, and your e-mail address.   If you decide to actually make calls, we will ask you for your billing information at that time. Through October, 1999, all calls are complimentary.


 

Are there any restrictions about sending out OneCallWeb messages?

Only for telemarketing.  You may use OneCallWeb for all types of calls, except telemarketing.  You may call family, friends, members of your organizations, teams, churches, schools, community groups, neighborhoods, and associations.


I have a business, can I use OneCallWeb to send messages to my existing customers?

Yes, there are no restrictions regarding sending messages to existing customers; however, you may not use OneCallWeb to "cold call."


How many names and phone numbers can I call with OneCallWeb?

You can call up to 1,000 names and phone numbers with OneCallWeb.  


What if I need to contact more than 1,000 people?

You may contact OneCallWeb Customer Support: 1-888-PHON-ALL (1-888-746-6255) to establish a high volume account.


I have an existing list of contacts, can I send it to OneCallWeb?

Yes, OneCallWeb allows you to send us a file containing your names and phone numbers. Software programs have a "Save As" or "Export" feature which allows you to take your data and save it as a "Text file" separated by commas or tabs.  When your file is a "Text file," it can be sent to OneCallWeb.  To send your list to OneCallWeb, Click on "Create Your List" and then "I already have a list. I want to send it to you now."


 

I can't figure out how to get my list into OneCallWeb?  Can you help me?

Yes, you may e-mail your list to support@onecallweb.com and we'll import it for you. 


 

How long can my recorded message be?

Your recorded message can be up to 60 seconds in length.  


Can I change my schedule information once I have created a callout?

Yes, as long as your calls have not started being delivered, you can re-schedule the calls.  Click on Call Results and then Call Summary to change your schedule.


Can I change my voice message once I have created a callout?

Yes, as long as your calls have not started being delivered, you record a new voice message.  Click on Call Results to see your Call ID and then call our Toll-free number 1-888-746-6255 (1-888-PHON-ALL) to change your voice message.


Can I have more than one list in OneCallWeb?

Yes, you can create numerous "Calling Lists" (i.e. "Softball Team" or "PTA Members").  And there is Phone Book that lists every name and phone number in your OneCallWeb account.  When you want to make a change to an entry, you can edit it in the PhoneBook and it will change all Calling Lists that person is in. 


What's the difference between Existing Lists and the PhoneBook?

In both places, you can Add, Edit or Remove names & phone numbers.   When you make a change in the PhoneBook, it will affect all lists that person is in.  If you only want to change information in one list, make your change in Existing Lists.


How can I add members of one list to another list?

In Existing Lists, you have the option of combining one complete list with another.   Or, in Create Your List/Add, Edit or Remove Members, you can select specific entries in one list and then add them to another list.


 

The people I need to contact are located in several different states, what about long distance charges?

All calls you make using OneCallWeb are made for one low price, whether they are in your local area code or long distance. There are never any long distance charges.


How do I pay for using OneCall?

You have two payment options for OneCall.  You can pay online by major credit card or call Customer Support (1-888-PHON-ALL) to set up a monthly account.
